1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before we begin working on your order, you will receive a full refund.
  • During Initial Brief Stage: If you cancel after submitting your brief but before we deliver the first draft, a 70% refund will be issued.
  • After First Draft Delivery: If you cancel after receiving the first draft, a 30% refund may be issued at our discretion, depending on the amount of work completed.
  • After Revisions Begin: No refund will be issued once the revision process has begun.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your order within the specified timeframe (plus a 24-hour grace period), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Quality Issues: If the delivered content significantly deviates from your brief and specifications, and we are unable to address these issues through our revision process, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Technical Issues: If the delivered video has significant technical problems that render it unusable, and we cannot fix these issues, you may be eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the revision process has begun.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the creative direction when it aligns with your provided brief.
  • Requests made after the 7-day period following delivery.
  • Rush orders that have been completed according to specifications.
  • Add-on services that have been delivered as described.

5. Modifications to Orders

If you need to modify your order after placing it:

  • Minor modifications to your brief can be accommodated if requested before work begins.
  • Significant changes to your order specifications may require additional charges or a new order.
  • Changes requested after work has begun will be subject to our revision policy as outlined in our Terms of Service.
